Studio 11 Hire Terms and Conditions

Bookings and Reservation
A £50 refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
In the event of damage to the property or lost keys this deposit willl be retained to cover costs
If the property is left as it was found, your deposit will be returned to you after the event
Full payment for your hire is due 14 days before your event date.
Date changes or cancellations are accepted with 14 days notice. For cancellations within 14 days your deposit will not be returned.
When you book we will arrange access for your reservation, whether by a member of our team or leaving you instructions to access a key.
For any bookings under our discounted small business, charity and community group rates we may need to see evidence of this status in order to honour the discount
Occassionally during weekday rentals there may be co-workers using the upstairs mezzanine spaces during your rental. This shouldn’t disturb your useage at all but
may be a consideration for any events requiring confidentiality - please discuss with us if this is a concern.
We do not offer promotional support, but you’re welcome to tag us on socials and we’re happy to share through stories.

Health & Safety
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue
You are responsible for briefing your event guests on fire plan, emergency exits etc. according to the information sheet we will provide.
The hirer is responsible in the event of an accident or incident, but please inform Studio 11 team of any occurrances.
When hiring the venue you will need to ensure your own insurance is in place for any activities.

Useage
The space is available for any reasonable useage including but not limited to meetings, events, screenings, craft sessions etc.
You are welcome to move objects and furniture as required but please ensure you leave everything as you found it
Please ensure windows and doors are locked and closed at the end of your use.
A cleaning service is available as an add-on to each event. If you do not choose to add this service and the studio then requires cleaning you will be charged
accordingly.
Any glasses, plates, crockery etc. must be cleaned and put away at the end of your hire. If you choose to use the dishwasher you will need to unload it before leaving.

Catering
Our partner business ‘Agweres’ can provide catering if required. Please contact us for a quote at the time of booking.
We can provide a full bar service if needed, and are licensed for sale of alcohol by our team.
If you want to use another caterer for your event, a kitchen useage fee will be charged.
If you want to bring your own food and drink (non-alcoholic) onsite that is permitted.

Kitchen
If using the kitchen extensively, i.e. as a prep kitchen or for catering purposes, an additional fee of £10 will be added towards utility costs.
Deep fat fryers are not covered by our insurance - if you are using one you will need this to be covered under your own insurance.
The oven, hobs and counters will be available for your booking. Fridge and freezer space is limited, if needed please arrange with us in advance.
