Hi, I’m Nikki Scrivener - a health and nutrition coach passionate about helping people feel their absolute best through simple, joyful, and balanced habits.

My Work:

I believe that healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. I am building a community focused on education, clarity, and sustainable change - helping people understand how to truly nourish themselves and thrive in their daily lives.

On top of my 1:1 coaching work, I also run workshops that explore the foundations of nutrition - like gut health, blood sugar balancing, and the benefits of eating whole foods. In a world that’s increasingly online, I love bringing people together in person and getting creative. I am also launching a health and wellbeing book club very shortly. Watch this space!

My Day to Day:

Taking care of my health and wellbeing is my number one priority. I always make time for three nutritious, home-cooked meals a day, and I aim to exercise at least three mornings a week. Once I’ve eaten, moved, and spent a bit of time outdoors, that’s when I settle into work.  I take coaching calls from my home office, but on busy days, Agweres is where I head to focus on everything else. I love working from Agweres - it’s the perfect space to focus, especially on the days when there’s lots to get done. It feels so inspiring to be surrounded by a community of wonderful Cornish businesses - many of which share my ethos for positive change.  In the evenings, I like to head out for a walk after dinner too - it helps me wind down, and it’s great for blood sugar balance.

Outside of work, I’m happiest in nature — I love to surf, swim in the sea, hike, read, paint, and travel. My current dream destinations are Tahiti, India and Scotland.
