Join us for a nourishing morning with health and nutrition coach, Nikki Scrivener at Agweres.
This interactive workshop will begin with a talk and Q&A exploring the vital role of gut health in overall wellbeing; did you know around 90% of the body’s serotonin is produced in the gut? Nikki will guide you through the basics of supporting your digestive system with practical, accessible tips.
You'll enjoy a gut-friendly breakfast on arrival of overnight oats made with kefir and a refreshing glass of kombucha, before getting hands-on with a sauerkraut-making session.
