Join us for a special evening of Tuscan-inspired food and wine with chef Adam Banks and wine expert Debbie Warner.
Debbie and Adam first met while working together at the Italian-inspired restaurant Fifteen Cornwall, and have both spent time travelling, eating and drinking extensively in Tuscany. This supper marks ten years of fun, sporadic collaborations across food, wine and music.
Over four-courses we’ll take you on a journey through the flavours of Tuscany in food and wine, inspired by the August food festivals in the region. Expect thoughtful pairings, good company, and a relaxed atmosphere with a backdrop of rolling Cornish fields. If the weather is nice we’ll lay our tables outside, and if not we’ll fill Agweres with candles and music.
Your ticket includes a glass of Tuscan Col Fondo or sparkling tea on arrival, with an optional Tuscan wine pairing or non-alcoholic pairing selected by sommelier and wine educator Debbie Warner to complement each course.
